Chain of identity

Easier is always better. Our convenient coding system on individual ground beef chubs simplified inventory management and traceability. The first of its kind in the industry, it details which plant, line and time the ground beef was processed, the use/freeze by date, production period and includes the product description with the brand name. We run all Excel® Ground Beef through the Test & Hold process, all the while maintaining strict cold-chain standards.
